DLP: week 12- cut up a magazine and a happy mail sneak peek...

Since we don´t buy magazines, preferring their e-versions, I cut up an IKEA catalogue and my hubby´s Audi magazine. Also couldn´t help cutting this cute black cat from a Gato Negro shopping bag:-)

Art- доминошки

Итак, констатируя факт, скажу, что я просто ОБОЖАЮ перерабатывать и использовать уже отслужившие свое вещи. Моя подруга an-mumla предложила заальтерить доминошки в качестве нового задания в рамках СкрапКрафта и , конечно же, я не смогла устоять...

Ok! I just LOVE to recycle and reuse old stuff. My friend an-mumla suggested to alter the dominoes as a new challenge in the ScrapCraft and of course I couldn´t say no...

Here we go, lot´s of dominoes that I´ve made. Some of them are to wear as an accessory and others- to use in my art-projects!

У меня получилась целая куча доминошек, часть которых я буду использовать в качестве аксуссуара- кулончика на шею, а остальные пущу в свои арт-проекты)

ART- крафтимся дубль 4 ...one shape+something sparkling

Про условия 4го этапа СП Kraft Craft stART можно прочитать вот здесь.

А если в краце, то нужно было покреативить, выдерживая следующие условия:

-крафт-бумага,

-ч/б фотография,

-оформление работы, используя ОДНУ форму: квадрат, круг, сердце...-любую!

Я взяла круг, это моя самая любимая геометрическая форма.

Все, что имеет углы, мне не нравится!

- добавить что-ть блестящее.

Я использовала горячий эмбоссинг и красную пудру с блестками!

И вот что получилось:

 Я использовала множество трафаретов в кружочек: от мала до велика. Издевалась над ними по-всячески на листе крафт-бумаги, используя их как штампы, ставя уже нечеткие оттиски, запихивая маленькие трафареты под большие, чтобы получить интересный принт. Затем перенесла коллажем в свой арт-журнал, который, кстати, очень мини-формата. 

 Помимо стандартных кружочковых форм, я использовала самодельный резиновый штамп с буквой "О", и штамп "шарики"- круглые ведь).

В ход пошли акриловые краски, цветные карандаши, gelatos, черный лайнер, черные чернила stazON.

P.S.: до сих пор не могу понять, почему лишь у меня одной на крафте такое буйство красок??
Смотрю на работы других участниц и сразу же кажется, будто я что-то не правильно делаю))).
Хотя краски вроде как никто не запрещал использовать))).
Или я просто не могу без радуги?!- Наверное, последнее))))

Аммм, сестренка и артишоки...

Очередная страничка в акварельный альбом для сестренки. Вдохновилась работой Miss Smith, сделав свою версию лифтинга))). Опробовала свои новенькие gelatos, сделала конвертик прозрачный из пластиковой подложки (его на некоторых фотках видно), разместив внутри сердечки надыроколенные. Ну, и сестренка моя в качестве главной героини, является главным элементом странички). Ну, еще и артишоки тоже внедрились))).

DLP: week nine-collage somehting you´ve recylced.

Well, I´ve recycled lot of stuff, as I always do because for me art doesn´t exist without recycling. I LOVE doing that! When you work without ready-to-use material, your imagination starts to search for the ideas, you begin to try to use this and that and finally the result is always unique and very exciting!

So, what are the things that I´ve recycled?! for the week nine challenge of the Documented Life Project.

1) grey craft-paper that comes with IKEA furniture separating pieces from scratching- I was using it to "clear" my stencils after gelli-plate printing, that´s actually one of my favorites things- to use this kind of stuff in you art!
2) IKEA catalogue- I´ve cut out an image with an owl carpet, a sofa and a piece of some kids´stuff,
3) a newspaper which I was using to clear my stencils as well,
4) a chocolate box- I used it to draw the circles on it and then cut them out.

Итак, в третьем выпуске СП  Kraft Craft stART вместе с Машей Mellpellmell нужно было выдержать постоянные условия- работать ТОЛЬКО с крафт-бумагой и использовать ч/ю фотографию, а также на этот раз для построения странички нужно было использовать только трафареты/маски. Ну, конечно же, любые краски, но только с трафаретами или масками. 

Я сделала разворот в свой крафтовый мини арт-дневничок. Прежде чем начать строить, я конкретно поиздевалась над своим разворотом, отпечатав там неимоверное кол-во трафаретов, масок, используя их по назначению, а тажке в качестве штампов. А затем я вооружилась куском другого типа крафт-бумаги, которую я всегда сохраняю после очередной покупки в ИКЕИ- этой бумагой прокладывают мебельные детали, чтобы они не поцарапались. И я очень люблю использовать эту бумагу для чистки трафаретов после игры с gelli- plate. В таком случае у меня получается интересный материал для дальнейшей арт-работы. Я использовала черную тушь для обводки трафаретных кружков, дистресс-чернила, gelatos и много акрила!

Documented Life Project (DLP): Week 1, 3, 4, and 7....catching up=)

Hi there!

I´m very happy that I have found this super mega wonderful Documented Life Project. Joined it and started to created with the girls, who are just amazing, so talented, free at expressing themselves and just so coool! I adore creative people. They motivate, inspire and let you know that you should go on...because there are so many people who unerstand you and share your love and obsession for the same things:-) I hope and looking forward to make new friends, participating in this project, so you´re free to join my blog and leave a link to yours=).

I watched the video-tutorial of Lorraine Bell about the moleskine planner and LOVED it! Thank you so much, Lorraine, you´re a genious! 

I should say that I am NOT following all the tips and advices of the project, first of all because at the moment when I found this project I already had my Unipapel (a 100% copy of Moleskine, guess it´s a spanish version)  planner bought and started, BUT not as a planner....as a diary! I have a very bad memory and decided to put down the things that happen to me because I´d love to open my diary some years later and rememeber the moments that I´ve lived through. Especially this year (and the years to come) when we´re living lots of important, touching and exciting moments of our life... . 

Also I discovered that recently lots of blogs are offering Project Life challenges. First I wanted to buy me all this stuff like an album with plastic pockets, cards...but then I changed my mind, cause I´ve never liked these scrapbooking albums with plastic protectors, for me they are sooooo cold, formal, and little creative. And with Project Life album was going to happen the same. So why waste money that you don´t have?). Just one thing I really liked- the idea about the cards, so I downloaded some free kits, printed them out and decided to use them in my works the way I want. 

I do not use original washe-tape. You know why?- I don´t like to spend money on something that I think I can do myself. More over, I don´t like to have the same things as others, I like to invent and create my own stuff! And as I was attaching paper to my diary in the same way as the girls, I used my washi-tape version=). Washi-tape made with 2-side adhesive tape and a gift wrapping paper:

So, my version of the Moleskine planner is actually a diary  (98%), where I write all that I feel, think and want to document...accompanied by some pictures (my Project Life style:-)), memorabilia, and a little weekly planner which I use mostly as another way of documenting the events that are happening in my life. 

That´s why I don´t go so creative and free as I do in my art-journals, because my art in this particular project is defined by the events, feeling and thoughts that are described in my diary...! Well, that´s not very well said, because I do go creative, the only difference is that creating here I usually have an idea of what I´d like to do, what color to use, what shape to cut, e t.c.

Ok, let me show you now how I´m catching up with the project:-)

Are you awake?

Hi there!

Sometimes in the past I felt like I was a weird creature...

I felt that I didn´t belong to the world I was living in, that I was surrounded by wrong people with the aims and dreams very different from mine.

Did that happen to you once?

That stopped happening to me when I went to study abroad in the country of my dreams and met there my husband. I moved to Spain, got married and now I feel that I BELONG here, I AM surrounded by the people I like, I do the things I REALLY LIKE to do, I enjoy every moment of our happy life...

Then I realized that all that time in the past I wasn´t weird, I just was awake...in comparison with all the rest that were around...they were asleep...

And you? Are you asleep o awake?
